We have successfully implemented the fix last night, resulting in a noticeable improvement. While we’re still processing a sizable backlog, performance should steadily improve. Additionally, we are in the process of implementing another hot fix aimed at further enhancing throughput, which is currently undergoing testing. We’ll continue to share updates as we progress.

Courtesy copies of transactional messages are currently not being delivered to some customers. However, bulletin communications remain unaffected and are functioning as expected. Our teams will provide updates on this issue until we have the issue fully resolved.
