The Granicus Support Portal will undergo maintenance upgrades from Friday, September 5th at 21:00 MDT to Sunday, September 7th at 09:00 MDT.

During this time, new support cases can be logged as usual; however, email deliverability will be temporarily disabled. This means that if you raise a new case during the maintenance window, you will not receive an email with your case reference number, nor will you receive email updates for open cases.

Access to the Granicus Support Portal will not be impacted during the maintenance period. You may log into your account at support.granicus.com to raise or manage cases, use the Granicus Virtual Agent to chat live, and access other support resources such as Knowledge Base articles and Community pages.
