govService US - Essential MySQL 8.0 Database Maintenance
Monday 18th – 20th November 2024

As part of our ongoing work to future-proof the stability, scalability and security of govService, we will carry out an essential MySQL Database update to all US customers’ environments between 9:30 PM - 4:00 AM ET daily from November 18-20th.

All US govService sites will be placed behind a maintenance page throughout the maintenance window, which will be lifted once systems are back online each day until the final day on 20th November 2024.

This is a reminder that the regularly scheduled monthly software update for govAccess Vision will be applied Thursday evening, November 21, 2024, beginning at 9 PM Pacific. The update package for sites hosted outside of the govAccess Vision environment will be available by Thursday, November 28, 2024.
