Map Pop-ups - Facility Images

We resolved an issue wherein, when users clicked on map markers and the pop-up displayed, facility images were broken and links redirected incorrectly.

Following this change, these display and redirect as expected.


Admin Page Preview - Add Subpage

We resolved an issue wherein the button was unresponsive.


Calendar Events Widget - Introduction Text

We resolved an issue wherein the line breaks did not function as expected.


Calendar Grid Advanced Widget - Next and Previous Buttons - Accessibility

We added ARIA labels to ensure that all interactive elements are properly labeled for assistive technologies.


Facebook Page Widgets - iFrame Title - Accessibility

We resolved an issue wherein, when two or more Facebook Page widgets were added to the same page, their iframes shared the same title (Facebook Widget), which made it difficult for assistive technologies to distinguish between them.

Following this change, each Facebook Page widget uses its configured title as the iframe title. If no custom title is provided, the default Facebook Widget title remains.


Admin - Form Responses - Checkbox Field

We resolved an issue wherein, when viewing individual responses, the field displayed as blank, even when analytics and exports contained the expected data.


Forms and Flex - Email Validation

We resolved an issue wherein, when submitting a form with email addresses with top-level domains longer than 4 characters, users received an error incorrectly stating that that the email had an invalid format.

Following this change, Forms and Flex accept email addresses with top-level domains up to 10 characters in length.

Scheduled - Release 573 will apply essential updates to the govService platform for all customers in the UK and Ireland this Wednesday, 12th Nov 2025. This is a re-release of the Azure-related enhancements from the 573 release specifically Azure B2C Citizen Login and Azure B2C Sync Permission that was originally scheduled for November 10th but was rolled back.

The release is timed to commence at 04:30 AM UK and will not impact the live processing of cases.

Usually, there is no loss in service as part of this scheduled engineering work; however, if we expect a transient loss in service to occur within the opening one-hour window of the release.
