govDelivery Communications Cloud and Targeted Messaging Service (TMS) Scheduled Maintenance: Sunday, January 18th, 2026 - 12 AM CST Jan 17, 2026 23:00 - Jan 18, 2026 01:00 MST

Beginning at 12 AM Central Time on Sunday, January 18th Granicus technical teams will be performing maintenance affecting our govDelivery Production environment for Communications Cloud and TMS applications.

During the maintenance period, the services/environments listed below will be unavailable.

Planned System Maintenance Dates/Times:
• Sunday, January18th (12:00 AM - 2:00 AM CST)

Impacted Applications and Services:
• Communications Cloud (Production environment) via admin.govdelivery.com
• Web Services/APIs for the Communications Cloud environment via api.govdelivery.com
• Targeted Messaging Service (TMS) environment - used by organizations triggering messages directly from their own systems into Granicus via tms.govdelivery.com

Granicus Customer Support will provide updates during the maintenance period via our Status

OneMeeting may be inaccessible while we perform software updates. This is expected to last for up to 6 hours. During this time, visitors may receive a general browser error indicating that the site is unavailable.

govMeetings Standard Monthly Maintenance Jan 30, 2026 22:00 - Jan 31, 2026 04:00 MST

This is our standard monthly datacenter patch maintenance which includes important security and system updates. Although we take steps to keep the system online and usable during the maintenance you may see intermittent system interruptions.

Please note: this maintenance does not include any product updates or changes.

Update - Act-On has completed its investigation into recent phishing attempts. We recommend all CRM users with Act-On integration reset their Act-On password.

Monitoring - Beginning on Tuesday January 6th, Granicus support received reports that CRM users utilizing the Act-On integration may see increased activity of phishing attempts with the subject line "Act-On Service Disruption" or "Critical Incident regarding Act-On".
Please do not click on any questionable links. Act-On would never ask for MFA or login details to be entered via email.
