Update -
We are currently experiencing service degradation affecting Peak, Media Manager and Live Meeting applications, which are linked to an ongoing issue with our Cloud Service Provider. Our teams are actively working with the provider to resolve the issue and restore full functionality as soon as possible.

Update -
We experienced a brief issue that may have caused delays in bulletins sending. If any clients notice delayed bulletins, we recommend resending those bulletins to ensure timely delivery.
Communication Cloud and Targeted Messaging Service (TMS) have returned to normal operations. However, Datamesh remains in a degraded state. The Granicus Engineering team is actively working to restore full functionality.

Our team has resolved the issue with Communication Cloud and Targeted Messaging Service (TMS), and both are now fully operational. The Granicus Engineering is still working on restoring Datamesh, and we will share an update once it’s resolved
